1. Return Eligibility Window

All merchandise purchased from candlewarmersusshop.it.com supports free returns within 60 calendar days starting from the date you receive your package. This return window applies to all wax warmers, wax melts, diffuser oils and home aroma accessories sold on our platform. No return shipping fees will be charged to customers for eligible return applications.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for full refund or exchange, returned items must meet all below standards:
  • Products remain unused, unopened and intact with original factory packaging, labels and accessories attached
  • Scented wax melts and fragrance oil products are not damaged, leaked or partially consumed
  • Goods are free from artificial scratches, stains or self-caused damage
  • Complete order number and purchase proof can be provided when submitting return requests

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are excluded from return and refund services once delivered:
  • Final clearance marked limited seasonal wax melts and holiday exclusive limited editions
  • Opened, partially used fragrance oils and melted wax cubes without complete original packaging
  • Custom combined value packs marked non-refundable on product detail pages

4. Refund Processing Timeline

After we receive and inspect your returned goods at our warehouse, our finance team will initiate refund procedures within 5 to 10 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment account automatically. The actual arrival time of refunded money depends on the settlement cycle of your payment provider, which is beyond our control.

5. Return Application Process

  1. Send return request email to support@candlewarmersusshop.it.com with your order number, full name and return reason
  2. Our customer service will reply with authorized return shipping address and operation guidance within 48 business hours
  3. Repack items securely and send back via standard logistics service
  4. Submit tracking number of return parcel to our support mailbox for warehouse arrival monitoring
  5. Wait for inspection completion and automatic refund transfer

6. Partial Refund & Exchange Rules

If you only need to return part of items in one order, partial refund will be issued corresponding to the returned product value. For product exchange demands, we support swapping items of equal value; price differences between exchanged goods will be either supplemented by customers or deducted from refund balance accordingly.
